Yoga - Day 68

Yoga is really good for your body and mind. A lot of people think that this is amazing. There are a lot of different yoga styles. I have the feeling that it feels so much better to be in my body after a good yoga lesson. You don't have to go to a yoga studio to follow a lesson. It's maybe more interesting to go to a studio and do it with more people. But I have here some video's so you can do it even in your livingroom by just listening and watching the video's on your laptop or tv. The yoga site is called : www.doyogawithme.com .

There are a lot of different yoga teachers on the site so you can pick someone who you think that is motivating you best. I like Fiji McAlpine best, that is the girl in the video's above.
