VS Fashion Show 2012 - Day 6


The Victoria Show Fashion Show has finally hit the TV stations, but if you have missed the show on TV you can watch him overhere! These girls have trained so hard for their amazing body's. I have put the favorite work outs from a few of the angels below. When you click on the names, you go to a video were them working out. So you can steal there work out programs and tips, which can really help you. As you can see boxing is really popular by the girls. It's a good and fun way to burn calories. A skipping rope is also a good way to work out you burn really fast a lot of calories. And you can do it everywere even at your own home.Very useful if you do not have much time to exercise. And when you begin to see results is it really time to reward yourself with cool clothes from Victoria Secret!
The positive energy of the work out videos definitely jumped over to me. I'm going for a good long run now.
