At the Gym - day 1

Tonight I went to the Gym with a good friend of mine. We worked out on many fitness equipments. Our favorite was the Crosstrainer, we burned actually 400 calories in half an hour! We also used the rowing machine and the treadmill. At the end of the evening we did burn 700 calories, it felt really good. It gives great satisfaction to working so hard. It also gives you a better condition, which is very convenient for other sports. I play tennis and can really use some more condition for really long matches.
Did you know that if you go to the gym for only 1 hour. You only spent 4% of your day in the gym. So having no time, is no longer an excuse.
