progress - Day 89

A few weeks ago a told about the hoop that I bought. I love hooping, exspecially at the gym. Now I have one at home, but the one that I bought turned out to be really forceful. The pink pressure points do press a lot on your hips. So you have to wear a big sweater at first until your body get used to it, and has developed more muscles. At first I got a few bruises, but after a while it went better. So I would recommend a hula hoop with soft studs. This are pictures from the progress.
