Daily food tips and tricks:

Coconut Oil
Use coconut oil instead of other kind of oil when you cook a meal. Coconut oil is unique in its composition, and gets immediately converted into energy.

Breakfast / proteins
Eat a meal with lots of proteins, it takes your body 7x more energy to digest then when you eat carbohydrates. That is a boost to your metabolism!

Cold water
Drink every morning a glass of water, this stimulates the metabolism and forces your body to warm itself again.

Forkolin
Eat 50 milligrams of forskolin, this plant extract has effect on the breakdown of fat. And helps the thyroid hormones, which have a major impact on your metabolism.

Chewing gum
By chewing gum your body burns 19% more calories a hour. This will save you 5.5 pounds of body weight a year!

Wine
Women who drink 1 glass of wine a day on average 7-8 pounds lighter than women who do not. But you have to keep it just by one glass. 

Eat dill or chives
Dill and chives are full of kaempferol, that makes it that your metabolism works better for even a 150%.
