Red fruit - Session 2, day 11

Lately I always have a little bag of red fruit in my fridge. It's a good variety of fruit because now in winter I don't eat much of summer fruit. And they have not much red fruit in store or it is expensive in winter season. I always buy a box of 250G for €1.25. I think that it's a good price ;) A portion of 250G contains only 107,5 calories. I often eat the fruit with some pure yogurt, which tastes real good. So it's really easy to make and healthy.

Boxing - Session 2, day 9

I started with a new sport, boxing. I think that it's so cool and becomes kind of an addiction for me. I never thought that I would love it so much but it makes you feel strong. I really think that it's a perfect workout for girls. So I have a punching bag in my garage and every morning i start with a workout for 30 minutes. It's really intensive and after the workout you feel so many new muscles in your arms and back. And you get a good condition from this workout. After a 30 minute workout you have burnt 315 calories. 
In the picture you see my hand, I have a soft skin so the skin kind of burnt away in the boxing gloves. But I already orderd some extra inner gloves so I think it's temporary. But at least I gave my best ;)
It's a really good feeling to beat the frustration out of you with this punching bag.

Healthy snack - Session 2, Day 7

As I told before, eating fish is really healthy. Although I'm not a big fish fan so I end up not eating it at all. So now I found out that thunfish ectually does taste great and not so much as fish. It even doesn't looks likes fish anymore hih. I eat a can of 130g just all at once as a lunch. I personaly think that it tastes great, I eat it with a bit olive oil. And it fills well, I'm not hungry anymore after eating. 100g of thunfish contains 163 calories, that's not much for a lunch.

Running! - Session 2, Day 6

Tonight is running night ! I'm totally inspired by the VS models. They were so amazing last night, they totally rocked it. And did you guys see Taylor performe on stage it was so beautiful.
So after I have seen all this girl power I can't stay in front of my laptop tonight but have to get active. I did just download the new CD Pure Heroine by Lorde. So I can listen to some good music during the run. I'm using the Nike running app where i talked about before. So that's it for today.

Skipping rope - Session 2, Day 2

Skipping rope is a good work-out. If you do this for a while you will notice that this is quite intensive. I especially like it because it is more of a fun workout. With skipping you burn at 10 min 1.4 cal a pound of  your body weight. That means that someone who weighs 60kg will burn 84 calories in 10 minutes. And that means that you will burn 252 during half an hour. And of course you will get a good condition!
I put on 2 songs and start skipping till both of them have played. Timber from Pitbull & Ke$ha and The Spark from Afrojack are my favorite workout songs. So the workout takes 8 minutes. I do this 3 times a day so that makes it 24 minutes. And I feel so good when i'm done :)

New Beginning - Session2, Day 1

I'm back! This summer was amazing and I have done so many cool things! I went on vacation with my friends to Spain. And I went to France with my family, both trips were amazing. But I haven't been on this blog for a while, so I start again with a second session. So I will give more tips and I will try to post as much days as posible.So get motivated :)
