Lemonade! - Day 32

Today I made my own lemonde, it is very healty and contains no extra sugar. It is specialy made of lemons, witch help you burn extra calories. The acidic fruit promotes the burning of fats in the body. Lemon juice helps the digestive system and removes waste digesting who makes it that you burn your food slow. Lemon contains a substance that gives a feeling of fullness and makes hunger disappear.


This is the recipe of the lemonade that I made, there are less than 10 calories in a glass!



Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon
- Quarter pomegranate
- 1 liter cold water
-10 white grapes

Preparation:
Cut the lemon into slices and peel the pomegranate. Put the lemon slices in a big bottel or can. You need the juice from the pomegranate. You can remove the juice with a blender. Do that also with the white grapes. Put the juice without the pulp in the can and add 1 liter cold water. Put the can in the refrigerator and keep it there for the night. So the next day you will taste extra lemon flavor.
