Blueberries - Day 20

You probably already knew that blueberries are a very healty snack. But there is more! Scientists are saying now that blueberries can slash the fat cells in the body up to 73%. The blueberries are said to change the way our bodies help process fat and sugar, helping us to lose inches from our waistline.
This sounds as music in my ears, so I'm about to eat more blueberries from now on. Sadly enough it's winter and it's hard to find blueberries in stores. Most of the time the have little trays in the big supermarkets. Which now costs a little more, because they do often not grown well this season.Therefore, you can wait until spring. But I start eating now, they are so good!
