Breakfast - Day 18
Today I had pomegranate for breakfast. It's a really healty fruit and contains many anti-oxidants. You must just get used to the taste, but you'll really love it. It also takes some time to pick out all the seeds from the pomegranate. You can eat them in many difrent ways, I did eat it with yogurt this morning. The yogurt makes the pomegrante taste sweet, and when you eat it is very juicy. You do not need to eat the whole fruit. When you have left some, you can just put it covered in the refrigerator for a day. I usually stop half the fruit in my yogurt. Have you also a favorite fruit kind for breakfast? Tell me!
